Good quality, inexpensive microphone?

My budget is oh, per say, about $50. I can go about $10-20 over my budget, but that's really it. I wanted the MXL mic, but it's $80, so...

If you have any suggestions for good microphones you could by online, and/or are sold in mainstream stores, I would greatly appreciate it.

My reason for this is that I really want to get back into amateur voice acting, and semi-professional voice acting. I did a couple of commercials and radio broadcasts, but I want to expand my resume. So, a microphone with good recording as far as singing and talking goes is great <3.
I'm sorry, I'm looking for a good quality microphone that is compatible with a computer. As in, I can use programs like audacity to record my voice. Sorry for the confusion!
